- RESUELVE:
- SOLICITAR al Consorcio Fidufosyga 2005 y al Ministerio de la Protección Social que, en el término de quince (15) días, informen a esta Sala, adjuntando la documentación que sustente debidamente sus afirmaciones, el trámite dado a los recobros que se detallan en los doce (12) documentos en formato Excel contenidos en el CD anexo a esta providencia; relación allegada por cada EPS, EPS-S y EPS-I en respuesta al Auto 108 de 2010 y que contiene aquellos que se encontraban atrasados a 30 de septiembre de 2008 y que no habrían sido resueltos o pagados por el Consorcio Fidufosyga 2005. Proceda la Secretaría General de esta Corte a cumplir lo ordenado en este auto.
